  • What can I do to get the best service on my car?
    It's recommended to clear out any unnecessary items from the trunk, seats, side compartments, and console area, and to remove all valuable belongings from the car. Please note that any trash left on the floor will be discarded. Additionally, take a moment to point out any damaged sections of the vehicle and specify any areas that require special attention to guarantee your satisfaction.

    Anytime is ok, just allow 60-90 minutes for services and details. Simple washes can be achieved quicker. The best thing to do is tie it in with some good old "retail therapy"

  • How long does the service take?
    An Interior Exterior Wash & Polish usually takes 60 – 90 minutes. An Interior Exterior usually takes 45 – 60 minutes. A Exterior Wash usually takes around 35 – 40 minutes. Mini & Full Details can take 90+ minutes. However, these times will vary depending on your vehicle’s circumstances.

  • Whats the difference between wax and polish?

  • Why do you charge extra for dirty cars and larger vehicles?
    Charging extra for dirty and larger vehicles at a carwash is mainly due to the increased labor, time, and resources required to clean them. Dirty and larger vehicles consume more cleaning supplies, put additional wear on equipment, and require more energy and specialised techniques. This not only impacts operational efficiency but also increases maintenance and operational costs. To maintain a high standard of service and cover these additional expenses, In2wash justify additional charges for these types of vehicles.

    Our stores are sufficiently staffed to perform all services without a booking however can in peak times cause further delays. Online can secure your spot, and you can structure your day around your booking knowing there will be no delays or changes.   • Can I change my booking?
    Yes, simply go to the our website to change your booking.
  • How will I know my car is ready?
    We’ll notify you by SMS when your vehicle is ready. Please let the attendant know when you expect your vehicle to be ready; we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Can i cancel my online booking?
    Yes, you can cancel your online booking. However, it is recommended to do so within a reasonable timeframe to avoid any cancellation fees.
